La brucelosis es una infección bacteriana que se transmite de los animales a las personas. Lo más común es que las personas se infecten al comer productos lácteos crudos o sin pasteurizar. Algunas veces, las bacterias que causan la brucelosis se propagan por el aire o por el contacto directo con animales infectados.
